Can it be use while phone is upright and with a joystick / keypad shutter button.Using it upright with the side button is impossible to keep comnpletely still. |

You can still use the phone by holding it vertically, but its awkward.
Theres no reason to stop you doing so.

Using the self-timer can also help you holding it still in the moment it takes the picture. |
