Hello, I had a few dead pixels on my K750 and O2 sent me a replacement, however it only arrived in a jiffy bag and and the SE box was a bit damaged. I was just wondering if O2 will have sent a brand new phone and whether or not it'll be in perfect condition. Tom. | |

only one way to find out, take a look. If its not in good condition, send it back, and ask for a new one
