this is locked to 3, and i will inclue the sim cards i got with it. it is in about 7/10 condition (fully working with a few scratches)
Comes with:
* Phone
* Charger
* Earphones
* USB Cable (which can be used to permeently unlock it)
* Earphones
* Spare Battery (can be charge in the battery changer at the same time as the phone, or even on its own  )

i could if i can open up the cable to the usb and mod it a bit to make it into a service cable

i have just modded it cable to make it a service cable, so i am goin to try and unlock it now, just waiting on it to fully charge
