I have tried every version of mobile phone monitor, restarting windows, turning phone off and on and still cant get MPM to see my T68!! Where are you guys seeing this "Trouble shooting Button" at? I dont see it in the MPM window from control panel. I am using a serial cable and port is working. I can get the program "Wellphone GPRS manager" to work, but not MPM. I want to backup my phone.

Open PHONE MONITOR OPTIONS which should be inside your Control Panel in Windows. Once Phone Monitor Options is open, the "Troubleshooter" button is under the SETUP menu.

Cheers.
