Hello,
I have install all driver for the phone on my pc (the usb update one, too). I can't do the update it says me all the time "no usb cable found" even if the cable is plugged in the pc and the phone connected to the cable and turn on. Someone have an idea of what I'm doiing wrong???
By the way, an other problem is when I connect the phone to the pc for the first time (since the computer is on) it works as a charm; windows prompt me what I want to do with the amovible disk BUT if I disconnect the phone and then connect it again, windows won't tell me anything and I cannot access the phone. The phone only appears in the device manager under usb controller.

Are you using the DCU (Original SE) cable? If so then just connect only the cable and do the update or whatever, DO NOT connect your phone while installing the driver for your DCU cable, it's a seperate device. If you connect the phone while installing the cable, windows recognize the phone but not the cable!
Try it out and see if it works-

The problem concerning the update is solve: my hotsync manager for palm was blocking a port on the computer, all I had to do is exit this program and it works... |
