For 25 USD (21 EUR) a Swedish company called GSM-Teknik (www.gsmteknik.se) offers an exchange of your K750 firmware to W800.

@Arne Anka does that firmware swap include flight mode? That would make the perfect solution for me (hate w800 styling but want flight mode) |

I think so since they say the K750 should be identical to W800 FW wise.
