Folks, tried a search but didn't find the answer.

1 thing anoying about the K750i media player is that it lists all of the tracks in the all music list, it doesn't let you pick an album or an artis etc. I am currently making up playlists by album so I can play a full album.

Even when you brows the files directly it only plays the 1 track then stops.

My question is can I copy a playlist to the MMC with the MP3 tracks so the phone can recognise them?

thanks

Yeah I thought this was a bit weird.

Unfortunately I can't solve your problem but what I do do when I want to play an album is just delete 'My Playlist' if I have already set one up from last time then hit new playlist, click OK to use default name (My Playlist) then browse to album I want and just mark that album (Left Soft Key) then click Right soft key and select Add.

This just sets that album as a playlist. I just re-use the default playlist like this rather than setting up a new playlist for every album.

To be honest it is a few more clicks than just browsing to a folder and hitting open but not too much of a hassle.

rickp101 : Thanks for the reply. That is what I have been doing but it is a pain, albeit simple.

Hopefully this can be fixed through a Firmware fix.

When I sent the playlist to the k750i it put it in the Other folder and didn't let me use it.

I will keep playing. I can't even find on the phone memory where these files are stored.

Songs sent to the other folder can't be played by the media player. Put them in the sounds folder, or better yet, put whole albums (folders of songs) in the MP3 folder on your memory stick.

Then when you create playlists on the phone, you can select and add that whole folder (rather than add individual songs).

This way you do most of the work from the computer which is easier to type names, drag and drop etc.
