Help downloading from push message on K700i |

Hi,
I've got a K700i on O2 pre-pay. Whenever I get a push message sent to me containing a link to a ringtone or something, I click on Go To and then get a message after ages saying "No previous content available. Stay in Browser?" and no download.
Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it? |

Does your browser work at all, as in is it setup?
or is it just with push messages that there is a problem?

No, the browser works fine, it just seems to be when I get the link sent as a text for some reason. |

Hi, That means your mms settings are either not provisioned properly on your o2 account or the OTA sttings are not correct. Give o2 a ring and they'll tell you which is causing the problem, They'll sort you out within 5 Mins.
