HELP on K750i |

I am very new to SE mobile phones. I have been a nokia fan for last 5 years. Now I have a K750i with me and I am quiet satisfied with it. I have some issues with my K750i. The signal strength indicator in my K750i changes color some times, more strangely some time it shows on white background with a rectangle with around it and sometimes it shows as normal as I have seen on the screen shots of K750i. What these all means ? I have searched the user manual but no reference found. Also how can I found my current firmware version? Anyone can help me?
PS: Is there any pouches available for K750i in India ?

Hi there! The signal bar changes color when the signal strength drops. And i think the triangle above the signal bars indicate gprs.....if thats what you're talkin about. To find your phone's firmware version, from the standby screen press right * left left * left *. The left and right indicate the joystic direction.

of course...the so called bugs will get taken care of by firmware updates...be sure to get one with a warranty though

Hi, i would like some clarifications regarding the SE K750i if someone could please help me out here:
Can the SE K750i store multiple office numbers AND multiple home numbers AND mobile numbers for one contact instead of having to create Anon1; Anon2; Anon3 etc.. Or can it add multiple numbers to one contact like for eg. like a Nokia 7610 can. Reason i'm asking this is because ppl can have more than one office number and to have to create a different contact for that person just to store their office details is a bit annoying
Thank you |

Hey thanks for that response.. I didnt mean it in a bad way cos the thing is i tested that out on the K700i and it was not there! and i found that quite irritating cos i dont want to have duplicate names of ppl just to store like their 2 mobile numbers, 3 home numbers and 3 office numbers its not efficient
Secondly is there a max amount to the number of sms's that can be stored? i.e. like 100 or something or even 200? I hope not cos that'd be bit odd cos the SE has a whole lot of memory...
Thanks again |

My Friend
I am sorry the informeation you was given is incorrect. You can only store 5 numbers on each contact which is poor but it works to for most ppl. Belive me i would like to have unlimited amount of number.
You can have this five per contatct
1. Mobile
2. Home.
3. office
4. Fax
5. Other
After that you have to create a new contact.
Also, the phone can store up to 500 contacts in total.
