e-messenger.net doesnt work. keeps saying "communication error"

tjat doesnt work. keeps saying the same thing.

umsg - "network failed"
eMSN - "network failed"


what's wrong? my internet settings?

call your network operator..if what you have is vanilla wap gprs..get that changed to web gprs..and you should have no troubles...then you would also be able to browse the web on a pc/laptop, using your phone as a gprs modem

try changing your data connection to http mode...you can do that by going to the connectivity options

actually. e-messenger still gives the same error. but java programs do work now. i liked the umsg. but it somehow swallows money more than e-messenger did.

Why do you always need an account to use the java programs?
It always says MSN support but then you need to use their account?
I want to use my OWN msn account.. why doesn't this exist??
Everyone recommend me MovaMessenger but it also needs an account, as well as Jabber recommended above.

It says on my mobile startpage that a java Windows live messenger client as been released but when i click on it it says "phone not yet supported"
