not able to convert a high quality mp4 video to k750i format because audio encoding page (in settings) is not active.....plz help |

You are trying to convert a clip with an audiotrack not reckognized by the directshowfilters used in Mpegable.
You need to either use a different encoder than mpegable or reencode the original clip to something that mpegable can read.
