my mother got a F500 yesterday but there is something weird about it
the right soft key which should be used for fast access to irda, phone status etc. is useless because it does not open the menu when i press it and instead of 'More' above it there's a smiley face
can this be fixed? |

Try a master reset if this doesnt help hv a fw upgrade

master reset, and see what happens, if nout happens go to vodafone store.
dont risk anythin on esato, however someone else with the same problem may be able to help you IF it IS a problem

well that;s the problem! i doubt that it IS a problem think it's just the phone...but why? a friend of mine got a F500 2 weeks ago and not only that he did not have this problem his menu icons were different and far better than these on my mother's phone i doubt that menu icons can be changed though
and another question the two above mentioned F500's take slightly better photos than my k700...could this be due to the newer FW of the F500's |

its because the f500 has the voda branded firm and that disables the more option, also the k500, f500,k508 k700i all have the same camera.
