Hi

A couple of queries relating to my T65 phone.

I've noticed that the signal bar fluctuates a lot more than on previous phones ie when travelling, my old mobile would usually remain at a constant 3-4 bars. On the same route, the T65 will fluctuate quickly between 5 bars then 2 then 5 then 1 then 5 again. Is this a feature of the T65? My network is O2.

My handset is running fw ver R3B007. Would upgrading the software version update the operator name from BTCELLNET to O2? If someone with fw R4... or R5 could check in their preferred net list I would be grateful.

Thanks

Owen

All those except the Sony J70 got a extern antenna, right? That can be one reason and maybe the t65 update faster than your old phones.

Took the phone back to CPW and swapped the handset for a another one which seems much more stable now.

Cheers
