Today i tried the D750i and thought it was pretty good has anyone here gone from a nokia 7610 to the new D750i/k750i and had any regrets at all ?What do you reckon? thanks

7610 is truly one of the 2 nokia's that i admire. And i would call it a downgrade.

It is a downgrade in terms of moving from smartphone to normal phone.
Samrtphones are much more flexible and expandable but at the same time more complicated.
However it IS an upgrade in terms of the camera, flash, superior audio playback, style, looks, menu and pretty much everything else

If you are type who uses smartphone capabilities, i'd say you'd feel crippled on a k750. If not, go get it! That is one excellent phone!

Yeah, only stick with smartphones if u are a heavy user of the features & depend on it.
Phones such as K/D750 have lots of features anyway now and easily meet the average users needs

To be honest that Nokia is awful to use and you will notice a huge improvement in user friendliness any enjoyment of use.

I've put my 7610in admag £200 including 256mb rs mc including (the jolly boys outing only fools and horses )on card as a carrot...If i get what i want i'll buy the d750i from t mobile there's a 7 days return if you buy online. I think i'll consider it a Sideways step. Hmmm
