I have the same problem, neither of those worked for me. If something work for you, please pm me what and how you did it. If you also can't do above, use float's mobile agent 2. With it you can withdraw file from phone to pc, instead of sending it to pc(it's the same result, just you operate from pc). Also that app is freeware, and very useful for more things than file transfer.

It seems not only i had this problem, i think that's a communication problem with the SEK700i original software.

I used floAt's Mobile Agent, that works perfectly (rearly some errors happen though), you can download it for free, just search google and u'll get it. It's a good peace of software where you get to synchronyse and send SMS via this software and also to recieve. Lot of options and script controls, so why not give it a try,../

Enjoy.../

i also encountered problems with my pc-k700 link.

it seems as though computer and phone don't communicate.

new hardware dialogue box keeps appearing, and most of the time my BT is useless.

sometim3es they find each other but are unable to transfer, or they don't recognize eo at all.

i installed software that came with the dongle, and first few uploads went ok. not smoothly, but ok.

after that, pc just refused to discover my phone, or if it did, it said "file transfer not supported by the choosen device"

i reinstalled, and system message was "your licence does not inlcude this hardware device, and/or your subscription period expired"

i tried driver download directly from internet, but had no luck.

now, as soon as i plug it in usb, i get strange sound, and nothing happens. windows fails to load drivers, and without them, ccannot detect dongle.

and no matter what i do, system act as though there is nothing connected through usb.

i'm using windows xp tablet, sp2.

any help would be more than welcome

@ pooch

when using "native microsoft" bluetooth drivers for winxp sp2, you have to enable manually the "receive item" tab for each individual file transfer from phone to pc.

you can install the software provided by the manufacturer to enable automatic search and receive items from you phone.

@ orion

since you are using service pack 2, you have download an updated driver from the manufacturer to resolve the conflict between winxp sp2 and your old cd installer. try this:
