Is it like totally waterproof so you can TOTALLY submerge it with your phone in and it wont leak? |

Yes you can completely submerge this and its water tight...but obviously its not recommened by the manufacturer to leave it underwater for long periods of time....but otherwise its pretty much 100% water proof.

moto has a few waterproof phones.
these arnt new to me. they sell them here. peopel who work at waterparks use them frequently. before these were out, i used a zip-lock bag

same here. it's rainy season here in manila. i use a ziploc bag for my
phone.
by the way, aqua talk was already featured in digital tour months back. it should be available locally.
