As much as I love my K750 the head phones are awful.

SE are releasing the HPM-70 ( http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]4_1_1&zone=pp&lm=pp4&pid=10254 )

Does anybody know when these will be available? I am desperate to get some good quality headphones for my phone!

They would be better making some kind of adapter so you can plug your own headphones in.

I am sure they will, or at least someone will. I just bought an adapter for my girlfriend Nokia.

However I am happy to use the SE Upgraded headphones, i just don't want to wait!

I guess it will be whichever comes first.

On this site it's written "High-quality microphone on the lead" Can you for example record video using this microphone?

@admad, to my knowledge, microphones still aren't capable of capturing video But I guess you mean can you use the mike to record the sound component of a video clip - I would expect you can, since the mike on a phone is usually disconnected when a handsfree connector is installed.

The sound output from the fastport connector is apparently higher fidelity than the old style connectors, so music piped from the phone through the MMC-60 connector to a quality amp should provide a reasonably high quality audio signal.
