In theory, the storage capacity is infinate because the songs are stored on removable multimedia cards (mmc's). The unit comes with one 32Mb card which is enough for about eight songs (depending on the compression used) i brought my player direct from se and it was 39.95 GBP if u are buying direct, u better do it quick, because the sale will finish soon!

Thanks for the advice guys. Will check it out. But it seems that maybe buying a standalone MP3 player would be a better option??

Well first you have to know why you need it? If that thing is as your HF and MP3 player then you get always calls when listenin favorite music, because it stops play'n if call comes. With a usual CD-MP3 palyer you migh not hear it So i have both: MP3-CDplayer and MP3 HF.. just like it

Does it take up alot of battery having the Mp3 player attached? cos I've got the camera, and when that one is attached the battery goes out very fast....unfortunately!

all MMC are the same apart form thei capacity. but the highest is 128mb, and i've heard it works ont the HPM-10.

you coud try compressing the songs in mp3pro format as i do. they are at least half the size of normal mp3's and the sounds is nearly the same, but slighty deaper in mp3pro which can be sorted out with the phne's treble and bass settings.

bateery/? i think its fine. i listenned to 1hours music from a full charge and the bar hadn't gone done at all. i had an sl45 and one hour of mp3 on that would kill half the battery.

The MP3 player has terrific sound quality. I was however, a little disappointed in the size limitations though. I can fit about 8 songs on the disc....

What software do you need to get mp3s from cd? Cos i have 3 prodigy albums on cd and i want to put them on pc as mp3 to transfer to the player. Also, where can i get the mp3 pro compression software from as the tracks on the album are huge. Thanks in advance

i don't know if you can use MMC instead of SD.

about the music converter, http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ i find is the best. it rips from cd's and converts to about everything you want using built in lame encoder which is the best out. and it's free.

Hi. The player is excellent for its purposes but you guys should really shop around for it. I have found a few sites which are selling the mp3 player for £30 or less.

Can you give me some examples of those sites? I haven't found anything, especially here in the states. Thanks!
