Jack S. Kilby, an electrical engineer whose invention of the integrated circuit gave rise to the information age and heralded an explosion of consumer electronics products in the last 50 years, from personal computers to cellphones, died Monday in Dallas.He was 81.

R.I.P without u we would all be using big bricks to phone people, obviously nokia hasnt yet realised ur invention as there still making big bricks.

What an amazing man...He will be remembered alongside all the great scientists of the last century...Just to to think for a second how one mans creation can change billons of lives on this planet..I never did believe that Slogan on Knight Rider- One Man Can Make Difference-I used to think it was nonsense.But boy was i wrong and do i believe it know!.....I will always remember him as the man who gave the world the mobile phone,and as a result esato.
