Can't remove files from K750i |
flexnez Joined: Jun 04, 2005 Posts: 14 PM |
Installed a couple of 3GP movie files i made myself and later erased them.
The files are gone, but the file names seems to be stuck and I can't get rid of them.
Tried to remove directly (by phone), through bluetooth and USB - the filname is still there.
It might have something to do with the fact that the files were named using underscore, I installed and later successfully removed other files.
Also tried to rename the files, but get the message that the memorystick is full.
Anyone have a solution?
Btw. I've got an unbranded SE K750i and I'm using a Mac. |

mac makes extra .crap (sorry couldn't resist) files for trash ..etc on hards so you should either format the memory stick using the phone or plug it into a pc where you can see the files and erase them.

I would suggest you back up everything else on the Duo and format it, then put back the things you wanted on there

no, no, no, no!
You go to VersionTracker and download FinderCleaner.
It's free, very small and very simple.
To eject: Instead of pulling the card to the trashfolder,
you pull it to FinderCleaner. It takes a few seconds and
it asks you, if it should eject the volume. Volà!
Perfect and easy solution, works great for me.
cheers
