I just got a D750 today and it is working well. However, it appears not to be possible to transfer files from PC to phone using a USB cable! After trying to install various drivers I noticed they are only for 'non-windows 98' PCs! I can't go out and buy a new PC, so is there any hope?

Are their other ways of getting files (themes, MP3s etc) to my phone, and what are they?

Hi Seth, 128MB is cool for XP. Infact my PC is over 7years old with those old RAM's (128) & run XP Profsnl.

To get back to your issue.. Please try other OS mentioned in the manual, than Win98.

Assuming you have legal s/w copies.

I dare say if its got BlueTooth, you may invest in a BT dongle

Buy an IR adapter. You will have no problem configuring it with Win98. Can't say the same about Bluetooth.

You can run Win2000 on 128mb with no problem. In fact it's faster than than 98 or XP.

I concur. Get an IrDA adapter if you're not planning to shift to a different OS. My brother is currently using an IrDA adapter with his K500i. But it's evident that transferring files to and from your phone will take ages with such a device. It's not such a problem with VGA cameras, but what you have there is 2.0 megapixel camera-phone that takes pictures averaging 500kb in size. Good luck...

You could use a memory card reader.
