Hello everybody!
I just saw this new Bluetooth headset on this link which has FM Radio as well.
Dos anybody know any information (technical info, release, stb) about this HPR-11??????????
I was just thinking if it is possible to use this for listening mp3. This headset is stereo!
Here is the link where you find a picture on it:
http://www.bennysoft.de/mobile/sonyericsson/p800.htm#p800pic2

When I was on a SE presentation where they showed the new SE mobiles and of course the P800, I asked the SE man if it is possible to listen mp3 on P800 with Bluetooth Headset HBH-30 and he tol me that it is possible but it will be mono and the battery will go down very soon. But he did not seem to be very sure about this.
HPR-11 is stereo so it is more enjoyable and you can reload the battery...

Is it possible to listen mp3 on P800 with any Bluetooth headset????????What do you think?

Hi Dark!

The HPR11 is not a bluetooth headset.. Its just a plain cable handsfree with a simple built in fm radio.

In fact its quite an old (ca. 1.5 years old already) Ericsson accessory which works with all Ericssons since T28.

And about the other question: It is definitely not possible to listen to MP3 via Bluetooth with the p800.

At Cebit 2002 Sony Ericsson demonstrated a concept (!) study of a stereo bluetooth mp3 player.. but this music of the future.. and I doubt this concept is anywhere close to being marketed on the shelves. Even if, it would still mean that you were not able to access the mp3's stored in the p800, but only those stored in the mp3 unit of the mp3 player..

cheers,
