can't post a pic., but it's called 'kashmiri wazwan' ... actually it's a collection of several meat and veg. dishes, it's served at all imp. occasions...

Posted these pics in the "Post pictures and videos taken with your W800i or W810" thread last summer, but thought I'd post it here anyway.

I'm a real beef fan, and the following is one of my favourite types of meal.
Fillet of Beef (Dry-Aged); new potatoes with parsley, spring onions, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper; mixed salad with fresh peas, ruccola, watercress, young spinach, cucumber and tomato.

my favourite salad is this: Baby spinach leaves, orange and fennel (finocchio) with oil, black balsamic vinegar and salt of course.....

avocado also goes very well with some salads.....

Hello,
Tring to make Tandoori chicken
The recipe says that I need garam masala.
Could I not just mix cardamon. cloves cinnamon and cumin together as I have all the ingredients
Or is it better to use garam masala, as in go out and buy it?
