I now see that after ordering my k750i 2 weeks ago that o2 have changed the K750i to include a free BT headset for delivery this week. I was thinking about chancing my arm and askin if I would be getting one for the inconvenience of waiting and that it is actually being advertised as with a free BT headset now. Anyone any thoughts or in similar position

I think it is the least they can do after waiting so long. And I have been a paying customer for over three years. Its not on

You could always put that to them and see what they say.

they wont allow you.

I tried it out because on the bank holiday weekend at the end of May they done the same offer for a couple of days. I had just ordered my K750i and emailed them to see if i could get the headset too but they said NO.

They said the only way to get it was to cancel the current order and re-order a new one. Thats the only way guys. Cancel and re-order. i could be bother to do that so i just went without one.

they just probably dont have a way round it in the computer systems.

Dont really think management would like the idea of people ordering the phone and then the next week they stick on the offer and people that bought before the offer all tried to also get the free headsets. Would cost them a good bit. They just put the offer on to raise sales, like every other shop in the country does. I just though i would give it a go with the email but unfortuntately they wouldnt give me one. Anyway, happy enough without one, Ido wish they would sort this god dam crash problem out. It starting to really piss me off now. Hopefully in the next few days o2 will have firmware. I was late for work one day, because the phone crashed overnight and i missed the alarm, now i use my spare phone for that. Dam the K750i is such a nice phone, why does the crashing have to happen. Ahhhh, oh well.

Well just received an email from o2 after saying it was a disgrace the length of time I was waiting after being told it would be 'up tp seven days'

The girl that emailed me said that I had two options.

1. Pick a new phone ( I dont think so)
2. Wait on the new phone which would be processed this week and could take a further seven days to be posted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then the good bit (not that im really bothered)-

If you decide the second option, we will send you a BT headset if you reply to this email when you receive your phone. Sounds good to me lol

I orginally called O2 in early June to enquire about upgrading my contract to a K750i. I was told that they had been recalled, and they were expecting new ones in around 20 June. They tried to push me towards other phones but I did not budge.

I called again on 21 June, and they confirmed that they had received a new consignment. I was about to order it, and asked if I would get the Bluetooth headset as per the O2 Website. I was told that this was not available on the O2 Online upgrade. I then asked for a PAC number, so that I could make other arrangements. At this point, they offered me a discount on my rental for 3 months, which would cover the cost of the headset. I accepted. I was told that the delivery would be in 7 to 10 days. In reality it turned up 2 days later.

Hi I got my k750i yesterday. I only had a T610 before. So I think the phone is amazing. It is one with the old firmware which is giving me no problems whatsoever (freezing etc) The only prob I have is the volume of the calls. If SE can release this firmware and this is resolved I will be one happy camper. Now for my free headset lol
