What is the difference between SE V800 and Z800i?
Is it only the firmware and software that is different or are there hardware differences as well?

the v800 is voda branded, and the z800 is unlocked/simfree i believe.

The V800 is a Z800i that is customised for Vodafone. The Z800i is for use on all other networks.
