you can get a card reader and do it, or use bluetooth. the USB should work, but I never use it so I can't help you with the USB cable...

use the USB cable.

when you connect it to the phone and to the computer, windows recognises your Mem Stick as a mass storage device and creates a new drive in "My Computer".
go there and just copy your mp3s in the folder :\MSSEMC\Media files\audio
or in the MP3 folder (if you upgraded)

When you plug in your USB-Cable a window showing your memory stick card should show up by itself.

Okay ive got the d750i don't think it should be any different.
Okay so my 64mb duo card is in the slot but what is the "Memory Stick Duo Adaptor" for? that came separately but thats not inside the phone btw.

So how do i get music on the duo card i follow the instructions above goin to media files > audio and put files on there but they don't transfer to the phone and i can't do it via the transfer manager.

Help please?

the Memory Stick PDuo is for the phone; in order to use it with a laptop or a card reader, etc, you need to insert it in the adaptor.

u have to disconnect the cable after trensfer is complete if u want the phone to be able to access the Mem Stick; while the USB cable is connected, the phone doesn't "see" the stick

There are also card readers that accept duo's direct, I just bought one by Sandisk. I won't use it much, I always use bluetooth for transfers under 10mb.
