Sun Cell: How to set-up voicemail (PH) |
RaRe Joined: Aug 26, 2003 Posts: 41 From: Philippines PM |
Hi guys,
I have a sun cell account and would like to use its voicemail feature. however, whenever I dial 211 an automated operator always says:
"You cannot use this number to access your voicemail. Please dial you own number or use the remote number to check your voicemail."
I already tried calling Sun hotline several times...well as usual they don't know the answer.
They say that I should call 211...
I say the same thing above...
They ask me if I've already set-up my voicemail...
I ask how...
They say I need to call 211...
I say that I can't access it and just get the same message (see above)...
They don't know why...
So they think for a minute or two or ask their supervisor...
they come up with the answer: "sir please set-up your voicemail first"
what a bunch of arses. They just keep going round and round.
Well I'm pretty confident Esato people can help me with this.
HELP!
Thanks!

@RaRe
I'll try to find out how this works. Just post your concern at this thread instead. Thanks.

You need to get them to activate it (that's the term, set up is too complicated for these idiots). Call 200. It'll be fine in 24hours. Then you can call 211 to setup your voice mail like record a welcome message or something. |
