i dont know how to take picture???
i press camera button but nothing??

have you tried holding it when pressing it the auto focus turns the target green then a sec or 2 after the pic takes then you can release the button |

read the manuel and if that doesnt help return it and demand a new one 
edit : open shutter , gently press photo button , wait for auto focus , then a full press
