K750i - echo when I make calls. |

I returned my 1st one because it kept freezing and also had bluetooth problems - now my replacement is echoing when I make calls - has anybody else experienced this? It's very disconcerting when I am speaking - could it be a problem correctable by the impending fimrware upgrade? Also - in the middle of the screen there is a a white speck - noticeable only in good light. The speck is inside the phone so I can't get rid of it. Is this enough reason to return the phone and ask for another replacement? And how did the speck get there? I've had the phone since Thursday but only noticed it today. Suggestions welcome please!!! |

Try different locations to eliminate reception.

I've never experienced echo problems before and wondered whether anyobody else had/does. As I mentioned - I've had the phone since Thu but it doesn't appear to be getting any better - whether indoors or outdoors - but the 1st one didn't echo and I am not sure if this is peculiar to just the replacement or whether it is a common problem amongst the early batches. |

that's really weird, and really not right. you should get it exchanged, my calls have no echoes whatsoever. |

I got my set 2 days ago, so far no freezing nor echo problem, but I find that using the speaker to make call is really no-no, very noisy |

Im sure the k750 is fine and the problem lies with the other persons phone.
ie they have the speaker turned up too loud so your voice is leaking into THEIR microphone on their phone and thus echoing back to you |

thanks for the comments. I don't think it's other people's phones because as I said before I have never experienced this - I had a Nokia 7250i and a samsung n500 before this - and have also used friends' phones. I will send the phone back tomorrow - just in case it is the phone that is the problem. |

I did try that! And I discovered that if turn down the volume then I can't hear the other person....and I was talking to them inside my house so it wasn't noisy! |
