Which Network should I get my K750 on ? |

I am going round and round in circles trying to decide which network to get a K750 on.
I'm currently on T-mobile and they have offerd me a free upgrade to the K750 - but I don't really like the silver/blue branding of their version.
Much prefer to get the black casing but I'm not much of a fan of the way Orange and Vodafone mess up the menu and icons.
So that leaves O2 - but I do tons of texting and hate the fact you can't get a delivery report without key #0 for each text.
Advice/suggestions - am I just being wayyyyyyy to picky? |

Avoid T-mobile and Vodafraud IMO, they're far too good at branding their phones, and T-mobiles service is poor.
Orange brand their phones, but the service is good but not cheap.
Id go for O2. Minimal branding and good service ( 300sms per month on O2 online PAYG ) and cheaper than Orange.
Sure, the delivery reports problem is annoying at first, but putting *0# before every sms quickly becomes second nature and you dont notice after a while.

Yes it is leaning towards O2 - I wonder if there is anyway of setting an sms template that automatically has #0 at the begining.
Also in the past heard of a lot probs with O2 customer service - what d'ya think?

The only time I had to call O2 Customer Services, I had a good service and my request was actioned quickly.
Once you have decided on your type of contract when going to the 02 shop or any of the "independants" and you have gone through all the options you want added (they call it Bolt-Ons), you don't ever need to call Customer Service again.
Lastly, the best and only Customer Service you'll ever need - and that's valid for all networks - is at this site www.esato.com/board
The response is quick and its free.

Thanks for all the advice - feel much more confident about going to O2 now.
I've just got my pac code - any suggestion about best online shop for getting the phone on O2? i.e. reliable and trustworthy not just the cheapest deal.
Thanks again |

Ive been with Vodafone the last two years on a contract and thier c/s is shocking, so i have ordered a shiny new K750i online with o2.co.uk and taken the 30 quid a month package with 200 cross network minutes and 500 free txts. i have emailed their online c/s and they responded within 24 hrs and keep emailing me to apologise about the K750 being out of stock. stop apologising and get me the damned phone!!!

You won't go far wrong with O2 and they have some very attractive offers especially on their website. Vodafone have a deservedly poor reputation for customer service - an agent once actually hung up on my wife!!
I wouldn't dismiss Orange out of hand though. Yes, they monkey around with the phone interface, but they haven't acquired an excellent reputation for customer service for nothing and they will price match a lot of tariffs. |

Yes I too would go for o2, but havent you heard of the problems with their software they put on the K750. Wait until they sort it out on the 20th, then buy one. Or go sim free like me. |
