Sorry if this has been asked before but im in a hurry, I have heard you can upgrade a T68's software to a T68i, please could someone explain how to do this, much appreciated.

Ring sonyericsson up... you can get the number off the website. They will give you the address of your local service center... you can then take your phone there, and they should upgrade it for you
