how can i resize a animated gif to 101 x 80 pixels without losing the animation, can it be done easily?

One way is to drop the animated gif into Animation Shop Pro (sister program to Paint Shop Pro) and resize each frame individually.

thanks. ive got paint shop pro. is their an 'add on' to that or do i need to install a full new prog?

I have installed in my notebook the SONY ERICSSON IMAGE EDITOR software. You can do resizing there and not compromise the image. But there's a downside on the image, when it displays the image on our T68(i), it's not that clear......
