"Unable to connect - an unexpected error has occurred"
My data cable was working fine up until yesturday and i am unable to solve the issue, i have uninstalled the software many times and the USB but still get the same message. I would be grateful if anyone could help me out please, regards duffball2.

Hiya DuffBall2 ! Welcome aboard. Can you remembah any specific install / uninstall etc that might have modified / deleted releavent system files ? What machine is it ( Apple, IBM PC...) ? What Operating System izit with ?
