I would like to know if any one can walk me thought the right steeps in setting up my K750i, for the internet using t-mobile in the USA.

i am on the same boat!!.. but if you go to Sonyericsson website under 'support', you could have them send the settings to your phone; press 'Yes' to install WAP, MMS
Waiting for TMobile to get back to me; i cant get t-zones to work on my phone (blank page)!...

As I mentioned in another topic, K750i cannot show the Tzones homepage until T-mobile supports officially K750. That's what their ueber-guru tech support (beyond tier-3) told me. Try using URLs from specific t-zones services (you can get them by using supported SE phones, maybe other phones as well). |

But as Neox and Rigel said, we cannot accest T-Zone for a while, however, we can browse the other web:) I hope it helps! |

A word of warning, folks:
I just got my K750i, and after trying both the Sony Ericsson and T-Mobile configurators, neither of them was working right. (For the T-Mobile configurator, I used the T637 setting.) It turns out that the gateway address set by both the configurators is 216.155.165.050--note the leading zero on the last number. This is not the standard for an IP address, so I deleted the zero so that the result was 216.155.165.50, and suddenly, MMS worked! So I would suggest checking the address your phone gets configured with. |

I never had to do that... I used the Configs from SE's site and they worked fine.. I also used the TMobile's settings and they were fine..
I realized i cant MMS HIGH resolution pix !! I must resize before sending.. |

I could't connect WAP w/ cingular. Even after settings from SE site. But after I flashed the phone, everything worked great. My suggestion update your firmware. |

i went to both sites seus and t-mobile to set up the wap settings and they both don't work ?!?!?! i even tried entering it manual ?! and i have the newest firmware from seus ?! anyone can help me out on this one ?! |

select a service and follow the instructions.. then you will receive a message on your K750i asking you to install file... click yes... then choose another service.. etc,...

yep tried that ! and the t-mobile configurator both don't work like they should. i understand i might not get the t-zones website but i couldn't even wap.yahoo.com or wap.espn.com |

try turning off the phone....
I had that problem at first, then I turned off the phone.. Went back to SE's website, requested the files again... and it worked..
Did you check your phone settings?? under Connectivity>Data comm.>preferred service- make sure you have selected: GPRS and GSM
Also check "data accounts" settings to be PictureMessaging- APN should be : wap.voicestream.com (that's for MMS)
For internet settings- your internet profile should be T-Zones GPRS
btw, all the settings above are based on my current phone settings.
I wasnew to this as well, but after having the same problems, i was able to fix them without TMobile's help... |

Seems like a lot of people is having k750i/T-zones problems, so I'm not alone. But my problem is still at the elementary level , I think. I download wap settings from both SE and T-mobile (using T637 setting), and they both seem to be the same exact settings, but whenever I go to internet services and click on any link, all it says it "Connection failed. Check network coverage or data and internet settings."
I contected T-mobile several times, but they can't seem to help me. in the beginning they said that it might be something with their system, and told me to wait, but now it has been over 10 days since I signed up for t-zones.
Any help or suggestions on how to get the thing running will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! |

i suggest you re-setup your phone (i.e. get the settings from SE's website, under setup phone).... try that..
also, check your settings.. Internet Profile should be Tzone GPRSl use Proxy, and enter ip address...etc,.. |
