Hello,
I have upgrade my software this morning , before R1B , now R2A.
But when i try to access Wap Service , the phone Block .... i need to take off the batery , why ? ...... |

It is possible that you have to Master Reset your mobile...I would try this out..

Settings -> Master reset
This will erase all data stored in phone memory in addition to change all phone settings back to factory default. |

But , how many time take this ? i have try this , but after 25 minutes i have take off the batery (this the reason why my t68 are buging ?)...

But , when i "reset setting" , he works fine , but i can't access "wap Service", and when i say "25 minutes ..." , i mean reset all. |

Hi Pad,
I live near Lausanne and I would like to upgrade my phone. Where did you get yours upgraded? Was is free?

Take it back and have it upgraded again, it usually solves the problem. I had a T65 that did the same and it helped when I upgraded the phone.

I had this happen to me on R1B. The phone was fine and the it started locking up exactly as you describe. I sent it in to have the firmware updated and be repaired and they ended up sending me a new T68 with R1C. Not sure what the problem was or why they just replaced the T68.

I think it's better if i go to Ericsson Service Point to do another update ...

Pad, I upgraded my phone today and I got version R2A013
When I tried accessing the wap menu, my phone froze. I took it back and they reflashed it.
Now everything works great.
Go back to the shop and have them reflash it
