It's a Nokia Composer tune. I'm not sure about converting it to .imy or .emy.

Anyone help?

the format is nokia composer it needs converting into RTTL first on http://www.ringtonenation.com
They also list all of their ringtones as RTTL so they can be use to change them into imy format
