I have heard that the joystick on the T-68 will last 1 year, then it can fall off, can that be true ´´?

I hope not!

Depends on how hard you use it - it can't physically fall off as it's too big for the hole, but you could break it off if you push too hard.

I had mine stop reacting in 2 directions after 115000 moves.

10 minutes at a SC and it was as good as new.

I've moved mine 308776 times and still no problems at all, but... I've changed cover a couple of times and when I've done that I've of course also "cleaned" the inside of the phone so maybe that's why it still works so good

Well everything gets worn out eventually but if you're not having problems with it now then why worry about it? I've had joystick problems but got them sorted so until you have any dont worry - chill!

captainsm: sorry but what is sub-par I've got the R1A hardware....

The thing is that the phone is made of plastic for ex, and you all know that it gets worn after a bit of use, the joystick is made of plastic so...

Just go to the service center and chance it when it is broken or worn out, until 30th of october will it be free for me because it was the day i bhought it.

Sub-par, as in not as good as it should be. Like the nokia 8210 diplays.. hehe

The newer ones has got a different Joystick. Looks the same to me though...
