Hi,
Just got my K750i a week ago. Finding it quite different to the Nokias that I've been used to, but persistence is paying off and I'm finding my way around OK!
Only problem so far is that the phone has frozen on me 3 times. It always happens when I am viewing photos in horizontal. I click on the soft key to delete or edit etc and it freezes! I had to take the battery out since it wouldn't turn off.
I spoke to a salesperson in the orange shop and she said it might be cos too much memory is being used - like maybe another application is open. That is not the case though, unless 15-20 photos is too much (I hope not).
Anyway, she recommended I report this to orange at this stage and if it persists then I have 28 days to return the phone (I got it on upgrade).
Has anybody else had this problem? Any advice? |
