Nothing amazing, just highlight the SMS on the list that you want to delete in your Inbox, press the Option key and select Delete. There's no multiple delete, just a Delete all at the bottom of the list (doesn't delete from your SIM).
Or if you have a connection to your PC (by cable or other), you can use the Phone Book and Text Message Manager to manage your messages. You'll also be able to download ringtones (IMELODY or other) from the PC to your phone.
