I started a contract with orange online about 3 months ago and took the 200 minute with 500 texts free for 30 pounds a month. I then went on the site last night to upgrade to 400 mins a month at 50 pounds and keep the 500 texts free. Orange said its not possible to do this and i can upgrade but id lose my texts. O2 allow you to do this with there online tariffs so why cant i. 400 mins and 1000 texts is the actual offer available to new connections so why can't i upgrade to it? more money and a loyal customer to orange surely |

ps when i click how many minutes i want i get a screen stating this
Your current bundles are shown below :
3G Try Data
500 Text
Video Calling Promotion 60
Surely this means i keep the 500 texts but the dude on the phone says this is wrong.
The offer is actually 1000 texts and 400 minutes for 50 pounds i only need 500 messages |

My brother had the same kind of problem with orange, except he has been there for 12 months, and they will upgrade but not let you change your tariff to any of the special deals, plus they want to charge him over the odds for a new phone, needless to say, he now has his PAC number from them! |
