help k750i bluetooth not able to transfer to d500 |

i got my phone yesterday, the gf anted an mp3 as a ringtone on her phone so i thought i could put it on mine from the pc via the data cable then bluetooth it to her samsung d500 ok no problem i tried to bluetooth i then my phone froze when it gets to the sending or connecting stage and the only way to sort it is to take the battery out and turn the phone on again , this afternoon some how i did it but cant do it again for love nor money, any ideas ? i am well and trully stumped on this one so if any one could help it would be much apprecciated on yes the bluetooth is on on both of the phones before some one decides to ask

There are lots of problems with the D500's Bluetooth software, although I can't see that that explains how it would cause your K750i to freeze. You might have a faulty K750i, or it might just be standard problems with the Samsung. Try sending something the other way, and preferably sending something to the D500 from a different handset. That way you can isolate the problem.

it worked fine sending some thing to the d500 from my old old old 6310i so now im starting to think that its my phone ? |

It's probably the D500.
I can send stuff to all kind of bt-phones except to most of the samsung models with bluetooth. Sometimes it works after 2 or 3 times trying.

I have had trouble sending stuff from P900/PC > D500
I thinks it's more a problem with the bluetooth stack that Samsung are using. |
