I have one motorola v220 faulty. the fault is the phone will turn on but to a purple screen. the keypad works and lights up and makes sound.
i can not test as i do not have an orange sim and its locked to orange.
as far as i no its not blocked but could be.
the phones in very used condition and box is battered, included is phone, battery, handsfree thing,charger, usb cable and box.
