I can't figure this out and I've searched everywhere with no results. Is there any was to get the CID for my phone? I'm using T-mobile (USA) and I'm going to re-upgrade the phone with the Z800 firmware ( yes, I had the Z800 firmware and then, like an idiot I flashed via SE and it still says model: Z800). why me!?!?!

CID is on the 'OTP' or One Time Programmable part of the flash IC....meaning it can never be changed like IMEI etc.

You can find out by using 'flash loader' device. However as you have already flashed your phone i would make an educated guess and say your V800 is CID29 in OTP.

Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

@gbrooks3 - thanks. Now all I need is a T28 cable and I'm good.
