1. Is there a way i can move items on the card memory to the phone memory and the other way around?
2. Any ways to delete/move protected files?

1. Go to file manager and then highlight the required file and press manage files. Then just press what you need. |

I agree. I never read manuals - it's a massive waste of time. I can understand the frustration of some members when the same questions keep being asked repeatedly but I find people who keep posting sarcastic comments or "use the search" links, especially to new members, to be more damaging to Esato than the innocent questions that people come here to find answers for.
IMHO...

i agree with you dave_uk. most phones i can figure out how to work in 5 minutes but some features i need help with so posting on here is better than using the manual imho. a real life person is better than a book

i dont think you can move them or delete them.

Hence, "Protected". The name speaks for itself. The only way to remove them would be through flashing your phone via TMS or DaVinci.
