My guess is no.
The two phones are built on the same platform but aimed for two different markets.
The K750 is a camera phone. Increasing the quality of the camera is an improvement.
The W800 will be a music phone. Increasing the camera here will be a cost increasing exercise. That phone will be fairly costly and adding featres that makes it even more expencive will reduce the number of potential buyers in the targeted group of .customers.
Then again; You never know
