6230 Stereo sound comparable to k750i? |

Hi,
I have a 6230 at the moment and the stereo sound on it is the best i've heard on a phone so far, so is the stereo sound on the k750i better or worse?
Anybody that has heard tracks from both phones answer?

The 6230 has a speaker on the side as you know. Yes it is one of the best phone speakers i've heard. Comparing it to the k750 i think the k750 is louder when on a table or something as the speaker is near the camera (at the back) and the sound seems to spread better!
The 6230 has more of bass sort of sound to it whereas the k750 has more clarity and clear. I think that the k750 has an amazing speaker, as does the 6230.
If i was to choose one i would proberly pick the k750 while its laying flat on something as then the loudness is beyond amazing.
p.s some people have problems with there k750 and say that theres ent even as loud as the k700.
Mine is for sure.

It is awful! It sounds muffled and disrorts with high volume.
All SE speakers are far superior and that's not just bias it is a fact plain for all to hear

i had 6230 and now i got K750i.... i must say that k750i owns 6230... the mp3 audio is SO CLEAR |

That was with an old firmware.
My bro had one, and at first we was utterly dissapointed with it but after a month or 2 of having it it changed (as he lost 1). I think it is great. Are you sure you just didn't use crap quality songs?
I know that it has a brilliant speaker compared to most phones. Never distorts has great loudness. Not clear when it comes up polyphonics or good in that matter. But when it comes down to mp3's its brilliant. |

I'm talking about a 6230 less than 1 month old.
Also the song was sent from my P910 and playing them side by side shows how poor the Nokia speaker really is

Sorry frnd ! I had 6230 its speaker was not as clear in mp3 as in FM. and i dont think its earphone was steareo in MP3.

No, it doesn't transmit stereo to the headset.

The 6230 does transmit stereo to the headphones doesn't it???
Also its mainly the STEREO performance i would like to hear from - not the loudspeaker.

It will play through two headphone speakers but that doesn't mean the signal is stereo. Stereo plays different signals through each channel.

Oh right. OK cheers mate, i could've sworn it was stereo through the headphones.
So its agreed that the k750i mp3 performance outclasses the 6230. |

I think the speaker on my nokia 6630 is better than was on my 6230i. IMO if you want to hear the best phone MP3 realization and playback qualitythe Motorola E1000 is streets ahead of anything I've heard coming from a phone. |

6630 has stereo headset sound for sure. Try new 6681- wount disappoint of not having 750.
