I just discovered the hard way that if you snooze the alarm on the S700i more than 6 times (i.e. for an hour) it gives up! It just stops ringing and turns the alarm off.
At least I'm pretty sure that's what happened but I was only half awake so i could be wrong. Anyone else noticed this and if so is there any way to stop it from happening (appart from actually gatting up of course )? Also is it possible to shorten the snooze time from the current 9 minutes to something more sensible like 5 or 6 minutes? My firmware is R3K but should be updating to R3M soon.

9 mins is the standard on most alarm clocks and every alarm clock I have ever had snoozes every 9 mins.
The S700i snooze does switch off after so many snoozes but by that time you should be up anyway. Two or three snoozes I do on mine before I get up for work, only on a lazy Sunday do I snooze it until it stops! |
