k750 plugged in with usb, cant access memmory card |

anyone having problems with the memmory card? cant get mine to work atm. tried another one also and both of them hardly work at all.
getting this error when i have the usb plugged in. how can i transfer stuff to the memmory card? still got my bt dongle, but its much faster to use the usb transfer

Obvious but, have you installed the SE software that came on the supplied CD ?
Apparently its needed before any computer will recognise the phone as connected.

i have installed it but only showing phone memory. and while connected the memory is greyed out and cant be accessed in the phone.

You don't need to install any software to make your computer recognise the phone's memory card. The software is for getting direct access to the internal memory _in_ the phone.
When your phone is mounted/connected to your computer as a USB disk the memory stick will be unavailable from the phone.

Have you checked the memory stick hasn't just mounted as a removable drive under My Computer? That's the easiest way in my experience.

I needed to install the drivers when I plugged the phone in for the first time, just popped in the USB cable and the add hardware wizard came up. It installed several drivers for the phone modem and usb removable storage etc...
all works fine for me.
