It seems Sony Ericsson has chosen this event to announce new 3G handsets to take advantage of the growing 3G market in China.
Looks like some more goodies are on the way.

Some new ones in eu would be welcome too. But in austria is very few se to find in shops and at operators.

This a global product launch so it isnt restricted to Asia, which is good news. They are putting themselves in a strong position in China as far as 3G is concerned.
I am amazed they have kept this so quiet.
I knew Zoe, Ellen and Eva were being announced in June but I had no idea  had even more 3G handsets on the way 
I have been very tempted to pick up a K750 over the past few days but I think I will hold on to see what these babies look like.

it seems that SE has adopted the steve jobs philosophy, wherein complete secrecy is kept until it chooses to launch its new products on the market. no more controlled releasing of rumors for people like us to speculate on. now if only the products reach the stores soon after they are announced...  |

I know. They need to get everything out ASAP. It is Ok to try and build up hype and anticipation but all that can be done from the time of announcement until the phone is in the stores.
When these new handsets are announce at CommunicAsia then it will be about 2 months at least before anyone will be able to get their hands on them.

Yeah...... Hope its true.... Cos i will be making my way there... i cant wait... but during the past years... SE had never unveil new products in CommunicAsia... i had my fingers crosssed. YEAH MAN...
Bo Bice did not get the American Idol was a Shock to me for today... But SE to Unveil new products at CommunicAsia its even a BIGGER SHOCK!!! |

EDIT: I have just received info that the handsets announced at CommunicAsia will not be 3G and that the information from the source was incorrect.
The web-page has now been removed.
Sorry Guys - FALSE ALARM  .
3 handsets will be announced but non will be 3G, these are codename Zoe, Eva and Ellen. More details on these can be found in the Romours Forum.

My guess is a 3G version of W800. Some guy in told a norwegian newspaper that this would come later this year |
