Can anyone tell me why my K500i freezes and restarts occasionally ? And is there a way to stop it ?

When does it restart? Anywhere..anytime? Or while doing a specific thing..like wap browsing? Anywaiz, your phone needs a firmware reflash. Nothing serious in my view. Take it to se.  .

Sorry i'm new to this, it crashes when i'm browsing wap. You say i need new firmware, as i'm with o2 would they do this in one of their shops or would i have to send it to SE. ?

Not sure if SE service centres will be able to help just yet. Not sure if they have EMMA III (maybe i am out of date though) I guess for faults they would have to replace the phone. But its late and i am probably wrong 
all the above applies to K750i not K500  silly me!
